Service Description
Grounded. Intentional. Balanced. This session is rooted in the classical traditions of yoga, focusing on slow, mindful movement, conscious breathing, and a lot of awareness. It’s not a flow-based class — instead, each posture is held for a longer time, with focus and intention, so that your mind, breath and body have some time to fully align. We begin with a short centering practice to arrive fully, then guide you through a structured sequence of traditional asanas. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this class offers the opportunity to develop a strong foundation, improve posture, enhance mobility, and strengthen both body and mind. We close with pranayama and a peaceful savasana, leaving you calm, centred and relaxed. Fine tea and community time offered after class.
